Bob, owner of Koverman Dickerson Insurance Agency for over 35 years, has served on many professional and civic organizations. He is currently on the board of directors of U. S. Bank and has presided over the Miami County Insurance Association and the Westfield Agents Association. He is a past president of Troy Optimist Club and St. Patrick's School Board, and has sat on the boards of Stouder Hospital, Troy Chamber of Commerce and Miami County Cancer Society. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a BA degree in Finance and an MBA degree in Business Administration. Bob is married, has 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. He enjoys discussing politics, raising funds for civic organizations, golfing, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Joe joined Koverman Dickerson in 1997 and is currently working on his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation, having already attained his Insurance Institute of America designation. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in accounting. Joe was previously a Commercial Underwriter for several years with Cincinnati Insurance Company. He is currently on the Boards of the Troy Chamber of Commerce, Troy Rotary, and the Troy United Fund. He is a past Vice President of Troy Rec Board and past Secretary of the Overfield Tavern Museum Board. He enjoys boating, walking, jogging, and doing other outdoor activities with his wife and two children.

Sandy has 30+ years in property and casualty insurance and just recently merged her agency with Koverman Dickerson. She is working towards her designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor. Sandy enjoys spending lots of time with her family, grandchildren, and horses.

Kimberly began her insurance career in 1983 and has been associated with Koverman Dickerson for the past 6 years. Kim achieved the designation of Certified Insurance Counselor in 1993 and enjoys servicing challenging personal lines account transactions. Residing in West Milton with her husband and two children, Kimberly enjoys reading, singing and listening to Christian music, and talking and working with people.

A Certified Insurance Service Representative, Lisa is currently working towards becoming a Certified Insurance Counselor. She joined Koverman Dickerson Agency in June 2003 with 20 years of insurance experience. Outdoor activities such as motorcycle riding, boating, and traveling with her husband are top on her list of fun activities. She also enjoys reading, listening to music and shopping.

Spending the last two years with Koverman Dickerson, Tammy has a total of 15 years experience in insurance. She also is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Tammy processes all claims. After spending time with her husband, 2 children, and grandchildren, Tammy enjoys water skiing, fishing, traveling and faux painting.

Before joining Koverman Dickerson Insurance Agency four years ago, Missi worked in the banking industry. She is currently working towards her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. In her spare moments between taking care of her husband, two children, and a dog, she enjoys cross-stitching, reading, and lying in the sun.

John, a Certified Insurance Counselor, began his insurance career in 1956 with Auto Owners Insurance Company, moved to Troy in 1974, purchased Barnes Thomas Insurance Agency, and sold to Koverman Dickerson in 1993. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in education. John currently works in the fields of individual and group life and health, long term care and employee benefits. He is an active member of the Ginghamsburg UMC Church. He enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife, 6 daughters and 12 grandchildren.

Coming to Koverman Dickerson Insurance Agency in June 2003 with 6+ years in insurance, Susan enjoys riding a Gold Wing motorcycle with her husband, spending time with her two grown children and two grandchildren, reading and walking.

Jerry joined Koverman Dickerson Insurance Agency in 2001 after retiring from a 30 year career of teaching physics and algebra. He enjoys golfing and genealogy when not helping his wife and three grown daughters.

Rosemary has been active in the insurance industry for her entire working life. She has over 40 years experience and has worked for insurance companies as well as in insurance agencies. She is presently working to achieve her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. She has two grown children and one grandson, Alex, with whom she enjoys spending much of her time away from the office. She enjoys gardening, traveling and singing in her church choir as well as being an avid football fan.

Joining Sheafer Insurance Agency in March of 2003, Marge now works as a secretary, having formerly worked 20+ years as a purchasing manager for a local corporation. When not playing with her cat named Sam, Marge especially enjoys flower gardening, photography, and reading.
